It was a big success and the class profited financially. We also had many cake and candy sales. The Christmas Ball was given by the student body and the sophomores participated along with the other classes. The after game dances were fun and contributed greatly to our funds. A spring dance is also on the calendar for the sophomores. We sponsored a serial movie at noon and also had noon dances. 'Ve gave an assembly in which every sophomore participated. We are proud of those of us who have achieved special recognition in the sophomore class: the cheerleaders, and editor of the pirate were chosen from the sophomore class. We are especially proud of all the boys that participated in athletics. We are looking forward to next year as upperclassmen. 19
