Dedication We of the Annual Staff, wish to dedi- cate this Annual to Mrs. Hood to show our deepest appreciation for all the pa- tience, guidance, and help she has given to all her students during the years she has taught at F.A. Her kind smile and sincere friendliness have meant a great deal to the school. We’ll always re- member her. Principal's Message You are what you will be. It is difficult for those of you in your teens to fully comprehend to what degree habits formed during your high school years influence the pattern of your life. Schooling, like living, can be wasted. Those of you who do well in school will usually succeed at work because you have learned to take an interest in what you do and to show enthusiasm for it. Employers seek out these traits in prospective employees. Two suggestions I would like to pass along to you for improving your grades, making you more popular, and increasing your chances of success in any undertaking. First, take an interest in your school and some phase of school life. Busy people are happy people. Industry and happiness spell suc- cess in the classroom, in the home and on the job. Second, make an effort to understand others. Learn to pick out the good qualities of those about you. Show yourself off well and it will amaze you to find how other will reciprocate.
