Sn Howard s own words, we are reminded of the simple truths we too often take for granted, but truths that comprise the whole of life regardless of the time we are allotted here: My American Dream by Howard Williams My American Dream is to live and be hap- py. I just want to live a simple comfortable life with my family. I wouldn’t want to be a real rich person. It seems the more money you have the more you want, and that makes rich people miserable. On the other hand, I don’t want to be a really poor person either. I just want to make enough money to get by. For my career I would like to be a state policemen. Laws are made for the good of all the people, and I dislike people who hurt themselves and others by breaking the law. This would be an exciting job, and I would have a reasonable amount of time to do other things I like to do. As a state policeman, I would make enough money for all my needs. My dream for America is that we may stay out of war, and that we may remain free.
