WTHE hOUC OF THE FLASHING LIGhT' A large audience witnessed the thrill of an exciting mystery presented by the Junior Class of '57 under the direction of Miss Jeanice williams Tne 'House of the Flashing Lightn answered many bewildering questions who stole the ruby, Known as WThe Devil's Eye,W from the temple of Naga, the snake goddess in Western China9 who was the mysterious black figure who haunted the spooky halls of the house of the flashing light? why did a party of Americans so greedily desecrate the temple of the Chinese goddess? why did Mr Li caress the ribs of whomever he chanced to All the heirs of Aunt Lucy's estate had been instructed to meet in WThe House of the Flashing Lightn on this particular evening for the purpose oi hearing the will read Louise Bashford Marjorie Salsburyj, Stella and Dot Faber Glelen Gil christ and Joyce Poduskal, and eva Harper Ruth Krugj, are here for their share of the estate They are introduced to the strange house by Lavina Benita Koprivaj, the none too amicable grey haired housekeeper The gruesome mystery house isfbund to be just a little too much Phyllis CMary Sibyl Forbesl, Eva's colored maid, has no time for PedrofArthur ZatlouKalD,the Mexican laborer who works around the house for Mr Li Corliss Keplerj, the Chinese fruitman who prowls about the house with the appearance of Jessie Corcoran CPaul Posakonyj, Clark Richards CBob Jamesl, a wise cracxing news reporter, and Doyle Kevlin CDale Boydl, the action begins The audience found themselves gripping the arms of their seats so penetrating were the spooks, haunts, and blood curdling screams They were thrilled, they were chilled, they were exhausted, from the suspense They liked the mystery, they liked romance And more than that they enjoyed the philosophy of life and ideals 'Your life flashes on this world just lixe that beam of light then the wheel of time rolls on blotting it out and nothing remains but a memory W 22 meet with a revolver?
