FRESHMAN OFFICERS Loyd Burton, Phyllis Marr, Edna Collins, Carol Fowler. Freshman Class On September 4, 1952, thirty-three Freshmen entered Plymouth Community Consolidated High School. The first semester officers were: Loyd Burton, Presidentg Donald Luder, Vice- Presidentg C-arol Fowler, Secretary: Edna Collins, Treasurer: and Phyllis Marr, Reporter. The representatives for the faculty meetings were Evelyn Rampley and Gary Steiner. Second semester officers were: Kent Goodin, Presidentg Kenneth Roberts, Vice-President: Gary Steiner, Secretary: Loyd Burton, Treasurerg Phyllis Marr, Reporter. Our class sponsors were Mr. Paul Senger and Mr. William Cantrall. On September 19, 1952, the Juniors initiated us. The treatment wasn't as bad as we had expected. Everyone had fun, after which all enjoyed the refreshments of sandwiches and cider. We gave a return party for the Juniors in February. ' Our money raising project was the sale of hot dogs at all the home basketball games. Sophomore Class The morning of September Z, 1952, found twenty-two Sophomores anxious to begin their sec- ond year at Plymouth Community Consolidated High School. Our first semester officers were Sandra Allen, President: Glenn Aleshire, Vice-Presidentg Larry Derks, Secretaryg and Mary Aleshire, Treasurer. The representatives elected to attend faculty meetings were Janet Winters and James Garlick. Our sponsors were Miss Ada Corzatt and Mr. William Bradley. Second semester officers were Richard Smith, Presidentg Merlin Urton, Vice-Presidentg Jim Garlick, Secretaryg Mary Aleshire, Treasurerg and Carolyn Powell, Reporter. During our first semester we were sorry to lose Darwin Greenleaf. Our money making project was selling pop at home basketball and baseball games. EIGHTH GRADE OFFICERS Roddy Cookson, Gary Horney, Carol Goodin, Peggy Smith. Eighth Grade There were twenty-seven students in the eighth grade during ,the 1952-'53 term. Mr. Prentice was our home room teacher. The class officers elected the middle of December served the entire year. They were: Carol Goodin, President: Gary Horney, Vice-President: Roddy Cookson, Secretary: and Peggy Smith, Treasurer. The class voted one dollar per student as the class dues for the year. At the time of this writing the class has some money making ideas, which they hope will provide funds for a trip in the spring.
