You overhear some good conversations sometimes, Carolyn. I, Helen Stoehr, will my natural curly hair to Wanda Gray. It sure saves time, Wanda. I, Bonnie VanFleet, will my quietness to Janet Winters. Make good use of it, Janet. To the juniors, we bequeath carved desks, chewed gum, excellent grades, unsigned report cards, and the general run of the schoolhouse. Class History fContinued - Page 25 September, 1952. This year Marilyn Kenneday, Francie Karnm, Carolyn Moss, Lillian Martin, Don'1E'CT'easey, Helen Carter, Bonnie VanFleet,,Helen Stoehr, Doris Husband, .Terry Cookson, Kayo McCollum, Wayne Lovell, ,Loren Larson, Jack Breeden, Jerry Breeden, Richard Garlick, Sid Allen, Robert Powell, LaVerne Roberts and Jesse Pointer were known as Seniors. We had lost Rodney Twidwell, Bob Swisegood, and Francis Young. Our officers were President--Jerry Cooksong Vice-President--LaVerne Roberts: Secretary-- Francie Kammg Treasurer--Marilyn Kennedayg Reporter--Carolyn Moss. Our class repre- sentatives are Francie Kamm and Kayo McCollum. Our class sponsors are Miss Carrie Prentice and Mr. Bob Nooner. This, too, was a busy year. In September our class pictures were taken by Bob Cox. Our annual staff was selected in October. Our Senior play which was a hilarious comedy, Here Comes Charley, was given on December 4. In January, Carolyn Moss was selected as winner of the D.A. R. award. Some of our main money making activities were: Fish fry, bake sales, Hot-Ten-Tots basketball game, Roamer Girls' basketball game, and work days. The most important events were the Junior- Senior Banquet on May 1, Senior Class Night on May 15, Baccalaureate on May 17, and Commencement on May 22. No definite plans have been made concerning our class trip. The valedictorian and salutatorian race is so close between Francie Kamm and Marilyn Kermeday, that the outcome may be determined by the last semester grades.
