Students at P H S had mixed emotions about the dtsco sound. Matt Leachman stated that it always had an easy flowing dance beat and he thought it would be “in for a period of time Mike Madam sa»d disco had a good beat but he was ready for that old time Rock-n-Roll. The cheerleaders started a new trend at the dances by holding a dance contest at the basketball homecoming dance.
