The new approach to an old event succeeded to bring PHS students back for the annual dance. Student Council plans to keep the Tolo alive by changing the theme of the dance each year. Tammy Kilke rrceived the coveted Sfdrit of Jr. Miss award near the close of the pageant. Also honored were Rhcc Ann Baumgartner. Youth Fitness and Poise Appearance awards, and Donna Kennedy. Performing Arts award Chosen from finalists Rhcc Ann Baumgarrncr. Roberta Kelsey.
