A New School Board for P. H. S. Board of Education— HERSCHEL UMBAUGH; SAM TABER; MERRITT SKINNER, President; RALPH RINGER, Sec- retary; JOHN C. WHITE, Treasurer We are fortunate in having an efficient and progressive Board of Education serving us as the law making body of our Plymouth Community Schools. It is comprised of five members who are constantly striving to ful- fill the wants and needs of the schools. These men give freely of their time to aid in our educational life. Their chief concern is that of bettering our schools for the youth of today and tomorrow. Their efficient direc- tion has indeed given us prosperity and advancement. Under their capable guidance the Plymouth Community Schools have fine teachers, good equipment, and a bright future.
