OUR SENIORS SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS: Neil Van Der Kolk, Secretary; John Kizer, Vice President; Don Emigh, President; and Charles Jacobson, Treasurer. Our school daze at P. H. S. began when we were privileged to be the first eighth grade class to use the new addition. As freshmen we looked at the upperclassmen with envy; during our sophomore year we began to take a more active part in school affairs. In our junior year we made more progress. Our officers, Bob Thompson, President; Harley Drake, Vice President; Jo Florian, Sec- retary; and Barbara Bixel, Treasurer, were elected after much campaigning. All school organizations were now open to us. We handled the concessions at the basketball games in order to give a very good prom. Our theme, Tropical Trinidad, was carried out by Jon McKesson, decoration chairman, by erecting a cafe and night club scene. This, our last year, has been our best. We elected Don Emigh, President; John Kizer, Vice President; Neil Van Der Kolk, Secretary; and Charles Jacobson, Treasurer, of our class. Our senior play Goodbye, My Fancy, under the direction of Mr. Madden, was a big success. We realize, as we complete this year, that we are leaving behind us some of the best years of our lives. We wish every future class that graduates from P. H. S. as much fun and enjoyment as we have had. 12
