Ta.vnkr Lincota Lo$5ue 1933 Wabash won the first football game on Plymouth's card 19-7. Plymouth scored in the last quarter with a touchdown by Aspcr. A pass from Felherolf to I’lrich won the extra jxiint. The next week Riley of South Bend defeated Plymouth 26-13. Tanner scored in the third quarter and again in the final quarter on a brilliant run. Displaying marked improvement in the Lowell game, Plymouth lost by one point, 7-6. A 23 yard | ass from Kier- nan to Stephenson paved the way for the Pilgrims lone touchdown. Plymouth led Valparaiso 12-7 at the half, but the game ended with the Pilgrims trailing 2 points, touchdowns scored bv Fetherolf and Anstrand. Warsaw suffered a 13-0 defeat at the bands of Plymouth, both touchdowns scored by Tanner. Anstrand place-kicked for the extra point. The last game of the season was played at Klkhart where Plymouth went down 25-0 The second and third quarters were played on even terms, Klkhart scoring in the first and last sessions.

Fr.Tiir.Roi r Plymouth came through the '32-’33 season with thirteen victories and thir- teen defeats, completing one of the hard- est schedules ever attempted by Lincoln high school. The Pilgrims defeated Argos 38 to 27. Ulrich was high point man with 20 points. Knox was stopped with a close score of 23 to 19. The Rochester tilt was the Red and White's first defeat. With three regulars on the bench due to sickness, the Pilgrims dropped the next game to Riley. Lead- ing the greater part of the game, they were overtaken only in the closing period. Bremen was defeated in an overtime game. The team next jour- neyed to Bourbon where they lost by a four-point margin. The next two games were lost to Akron. 27 to 25, and to North Judson, 3C to 22. Plymouth won the next four games. Culver proved easy to beat, the final score being 17 to 9. Bremen was defeated 21 to 13. The Pilgrims beat North Judson 27 to 24.
