SPECIAL THANKS Robert lVlerrifield James Gadbois During the course of our senior year we became increas- ingly indebted to three members of the faculty: lVlr. James Gadbois and lVlr. Brain Souza, senior class co-advisors, and lVlr. Robert IVlerrifield, yearbook advisor. These gentlemen gave unselfishly of themselves throughout the entire year and yet, their rewards were few. lVlr. Gadbois and IVlr. Souza were always present and helped with every activity. From football concession stand and spaghetti suppers to Senior Show, Pretty Day, and ultimately graduation, these two men stood behind us providing sound advice and guidance. lVlr. lVlerrifield, in his first year as yearbook advisor, suffered many headaches. Deadlines proved to be a constant source of worry. Furthermore, his ability as an English teacher was put to a supreme test as he was required to read pages and pages of material. Yet lVlr. lVlerrifield's talent and imagination contri- buted significantly to making the Pilgrim '76 the best year- book in the history of Plymouth-Carver High School. Rarely as the year progressed were these men thanked. Rarely were they shown the depth of appreciation that they so rightly deserved.
