PROP!-IECY FOR l969 The air brakes whistle as Jack Kelly drives into Seniorville, U.S.A. in one of his freight trucks from the J, T. Kelly Tucking Company. On his trip his thoughts have been about his 59 classmates and he is most anxious to see them. His first stop is Judy's Cafe in the center of town. Judy's hamburgers are fam- ous around this country and many celebraties stop there. Jack just gets seated when Jill comes rushing in very excited about a new hair style she has created. Next door to the Cafe Jill has established abeauty Salon. Jill sits down next to Jack and mentions the fact that he has just missed Rosie, who had recently left on a tour of Europe modeling the world famous Emerson Creations. Looking out the window Jack sees Mike, the town Mayor, busily discussing a seemingly important problem with the sheriff who he recognizes as Darrell. It seems as though someone stepped on Patty's famous black Angus. She begins to cry as everyone seems to be running to the scene. Get a doctor, no, a veterinarian, No! No! apsychiatrist.Virginia Beals runs tothe scene with the Do it yourself doctor kit. Within seconds the town minister, Lillas, arrives on the scene in case the cow dies and funeral arrange- ments have to be made. Running by the scene is Roger. He doesn't stop because he's training for the track event in the Olympics in Australia. The crowd gradually breaks up and Jack decides he'd better be on his way. As he drives away from the Cafe he notices Pat and her family on their way to the store. Down at the end of the block it's recess time at the community school and MaryAnnis busily trying to get the kids back into the building. At the last moment Jack remembers to stop by the Old Maids Home and see if a girl has come in to fit his qualifications of a wife. Carolyn tells him the girl he wants will be there next month, so he goes back to his truck and continues on, looking forward to picking up his new wife and once again seeing his friends.
