1' Hunts OFFICERS: Janet Inscore, Ken Rash, Dick Juhnke, Doug Janson, Peggy Storms. FRESHMEN On the dreaded day, September 7, 1956, twenty -one students enrolled in the Freshman Class, at Plummer High School, We elected as our Class Officers: President, Dick Iuhnke, Vice President, Peggy Storms, Secretary, Kenny Rash, Treasurer, Doug Janson, Student Body Representative, Janet lnscore. Mr. Kennison is our Advisor. We chose as our class motto: A little learning is a dangerous thing. Our class flower is the Yellow Rose and our class colors are Purple and White. September 28, 1956 was a chilly, rainy, smelly day. fOhl Those onionsly Yes, it was our initiation. The girls fashions were mostly long johns, logging boots, and rapid shave wigs. The boys fashions were dresses, sacks, and all the usual regalia, That night, the Sophomores gave us a party. There was a Kangaroo Court followed by a dance. We gave the Sophomores a return party about two weeks later. In January, our class sponsored a Magician Act that was well received.
