FRESHMEN 1948- 1949 Senior Clary H zlrtory Frightened Freshies' vainly seeking elevators at the end of the hall, timidly sneaking hasty glances behind doors for room numbers, eagerly absorbing the hustle, bustle, and ado of know it all upper classmen. Gradually acquiring more confidence and electing our very capable officers: President, Frank Bastidasg Vice President, Marian Potochonikg and Secretary, Anna Marie Zavar- ella. Our very successful dance, Cupid's Whirl, shall never be forgotten. SOPHOMORES 1949- 1950 Saucy Sophomoresn grown up now, feel- ing so content now that we are superior over the freshies. Giving our full support for our football team and finally dancing at dances. We proudly recall our officers: President, Donald Kastelicg Vice President, Frank Karp, and Secretary, Ronald Urgitus. Having a full and wonderful year we looked forward to our junior year. JUNIORS 1950-195 1 - jubilant Juniors, not accustomed to the rights of upper classmen, and envious of the Seniors, we started the year. We cheered mad- ly at our football games, and we were proud of our champion team. Then, under the direc- tion of worthy officers: President, Frank Bas- tidasg Vice President, Leonard Bogatyg and Secretary, Ruth Christy, we put on one of the most successful plays of Plum High. The play was a three act comedy, We Shook the Family Tree. Our Prom, The Wishing Well Garden, was really dreamy and added a dif- ferent touch to previousproms. But, now we are eagerly awaiting next year which will bring our school years to an end. SENIORS 1951-1952 Sophisticated Seniors eagerly absorbing the task C so we thoughtj of handling the run- ning of the school. Our team really didn't let us down at the Aspinwall play-off game and once more we were Champs. Then because of the capable officers, President, Frank Bas- tidasg Vice President, Dan Sutter, Secretary, Carolyn Concilio, and Treasurer, Charles Hen- dersong we put on our successful play. The traditional Coronation Ball and Banquet both were wonderful and worth remembering. The year flew by and soon, class day, baccalaure- ate, commencement, and we, the proud sen- iors, left with tears in our eyes to become alumni.
