19' ' Cf. 3' onsolatfo n in ner!- On February 21st we met the Dunn County Aggies to win the right to play on the 23rd. The score of the game was no to 60 with James Oberding as the high scorer with 22 points followed by James Blomstrom with 11 points and Marlo Kaempf with 10 points On February 23rd we met Independence at Gilmanton to see who plays for sub-district championship on the Zbth. We lost by a margin of six points, the score being 55 to MQ. The high scorer was James Oberding with 21 points, followed by James Blomstrom with 10 points and Lester Martin with 8 points. On February 24th we met Elk Mound at Gilmanton for sub- distriet consolation. We won by a margin of 10 points, the score being 73 to 63. James Oberding spurred the team to victory by breaking through their defense and scoring U2 points. He had an extreme y good game making 20 field goals out of an attempted 2M On February 26th we traveled to Central High School to play Altoona for district consolation. We won with a score of 86 to 75. Again James Oberding was high scorer with 36 points, scoring 14 free throws out of 15 attempts.
