BOARD OF EDUCATION 4, r if Possibly one of the busiest groups on the hill this year has been the School Board and the Superintendent. The photographers found them at work and hurriedly took this picture. We have left to right: Robert Stevanus, Bob Hall, Russell Johnson, clerk, Max Miller, treasurer, Otto Henderson, and I. B. Forsyth, Superintendent. Mr. Stevanus, is a farmer who lives north of the city limits and who is very active in social and church work. Mr. Stevanus is well liked among his fellow neighbors and makes a most efficient and suitable board member. Mr. Hall is employed with the Pleasanton Mill and Elevator. He has work- ed with untiring effort to promote a better school program. Mr. Iohnson is employed by Frisco Railroad as a depot agent. He is kept busy by many local activities for which he always finds time to render his services. Mr. Miller has long been a resident of the Pleasanton area. He owns and operates the local Maytag Store. Mr. Miller is the captain of the Local National Guard and makes a most appropriate school board rnernber. Mr. Henderson is a Pharmacist, who owns and operates the local Hender- son Drug Store. Active in social work, Mr. Henderson took an active part in making your school, a better school. And our most essential person of the board, of course, is Mr. Forsyth. ln addition to being a very excellent Superintendent he is always willing to help in extra cirricular activities.
