JUNIOR CLASS HISTORY We Juniors as Freshmen started out with forty- five members, but due to moving we were reduced to forty-three. Our class officers were: President... ......... .......Peck Werling Vice-President .... .......Art Hurst Sec. Q Treas..a1......Chalmer Miller Sponsor.... ...... ..Mrs, Fortney We had one class party. It was held at Pat Noll's home. Games and refreshments were served. In our Sophomore year we came back to school with thirty-three members. Our class officers were as follows: President...... wanqna n nnna rrpat Vice-President. .......... Mary Lou Myers Sec. Q Treas..........Eugene Luginbill Sponsor ............ Mr. Ross Two parties were held during the year, the first one at Mary Lou Myers where a hayride and outdoor games were enjoyed. The second at Ilean Geyer's. Games and refreshments were enjoyed. It was too rainy to play games out of doors, so all games were played inside, but we still had a swell time. Then we started back to school as Jolly Juniors with twentyeseven members. Thinking we had now grown up, were going to settle down, but later we sawjwe wouldn't Cwhich all the teachers soon found out . Class Officers were as follows: President.. ...... ...........Chalmer Miller Vice-President.. ......... Bob Luginbill Sec. Q Treas. ......... Mary Lou Myers Sponsor.. ...... ....Mrs. Yager Two parties were held, first at Norma Fox's where we all enjoyed a hay ride although we had a little trouble with a flat tire, we still had the ride. The second one was at Marjorie Roe's, a fare- well party for Eugene Luginbill who was going into Uncle Sam's Army. Games and refreshments were en- joyed by all. Now we are look ng forward to coming back as dignified seniors next year. Presented the class play, nAunt Susie Shoots the Worksn, proved very good. Mrs. Yager was our dir- ector, with Mrs. Andrews assistance.
