PRUPHE Y It feels very good to get back home again, but it was really nice getting together with all the members of the 1955 Class of P, M, H,S, You'll probably be interested to know what happened. We had a reunion at Kenny Marckel's farm, which has 1, 000 acres, stocked with 500 head of Jerseys. Kenny and his wife Bonnie fthe former Bonnie Gephartj invited the class for a get-to-gether. They served Jersey milk and steak. Carol Archer was the first to arrive with a screeching halt in her new 1965 Cadillac Super. She is now a star in Hollywood. - The next guests to arrive were Dick Bauman and Roger Foor. Both are still in the garage business at Pleasant Mills. Dick and Roger both say, It's the only way to make a good living. Next to arrive was Virginia Wolfe with a Rolls Royce, which she bought in England. Virginia almost clipped one of Marckel's prize Jerseys. However, Virginia is improv- ing in her driving. Bouncing along, in the back seat of Virginia's car, were Mary Bilderback and Marlene Ohler. Marlene owns a rolling pin factory which brings in a couple of million each year. Her chief designer for rolling pins is Mary Bilderback: Mary adds that a rolling pin makes a perfect wedding present for the bride. Oh! The poor groom. Down the road with a cloud of smoke, the grinding of tires and sliding of stones came Allen Bowen in his 1965 Chevrolet. Guess who was with him? No one but Joe Butler, and Dwight Edgell: all three are employed as toilet cleaners. Joe says it's a very profit able business and Dwight adds, It's a very clean way to make a living.' Patsy Burkhart, Patty Dague and Mary Ann Jones were next to arrive. They have all married wisely and richly. They have a life of ease, sitting under the palm trees of Florida. However, they do play tennis, and Water ski on the side. The next to appear was the former Glenda Johnson, who is now employed in a famous horse hospital which her husband owns. Her husband said, She is a good nurse with animals but not for human beings. Dee Wolfe, Leon Byer and Rodger Frey were next to arrive. They looked overjoyed when they got out of their automobile. Then they told us they had just signed a five year contract with the Ft. Wayne Zollner Pistons. Well, good for them. There was a car coming up the hill with a chug chug. We wondered what in the world was coming off. We all turned our heads to see none other than Ronnie Gephart pushing his wifefformer Ramona Gattshallj and their twelve children in their 1929 Cnevrolet. With all those mouths to feed, they slightly depend on their brother-in-law. Don Kraner and Kermit Garner were the next to appear in their Mack truck loaded to the springs with Virginia coal. The next to appear was Ann Foor, who is now a wife of a famous doctor, She is a nurse herself, so she doesn't have to worry about his getting any crushes on other nurses, Appearing next was Rita Clouse fthe former Rita Ehrsamy with her husband Wayne Clouse, Wayne's father is retiring and Wayne and Rita have taken over his farm, Jim and Suzanne were the next rolling in, They are married and have a large family, four boys and three girls. They are residing near Bobo, where Jim is still milking long- horn Ayrshires, He has to have a helper so he uses all his kids to help carry milk, So far as we know the money is really rolling in, The last to arrive was Kent Von Gunten, His voice and trombone and piano playing talents together have run Liberace out of business long ago, Good-by until we meet again in 1975.
