JUNIOR STATESMEN The main objective of the club is to help the members understand the op- eration of government, the problems facing government, and the means to solve these problems. STAN CARLSON Advisor ln addition to improving school spirit and school relationships, Inter Club Council also strives to foster a spirit of cooperation among the clubs. Members of the Council meet for the purpose of discussing proiects and ac- tivities to be presented to the members of the student body through the club presidents. Their top proiect is Slave Day . The proceeds from this event go to getting our Foreign Exchange Student.

CHESS CLUB Organized competition for those who enioy chess is the main goal tor the newly formed Chess Club. The club has been very successful because they play tor the fun of playing.
