Camp Lane is the outdoor school for fifth graders, using high school students as counselors. The cotmselors are chosen through interviews and then attend several classes prior to camp to prepare lessons for the classes they will teach. These classes include Water Study, Animals, Plants, Soil, First Aid, survival, and Map and Compass. Because of the size of the fifth grade class, two weeks are needed. In the past years, counselor and camper alike have come home from Camp Lane with enjoyable memories. This year was no exception.
