Concert Band The Concert Band started out nice and easy this year, with the Fall Concert, then, on to the Christmas Concert. But Concert Band really has the spirit, approximately 30 out of the 46 members devoted their time to performing in the Pep Band at the various Pleasant Hill games. To wind up the year, they also performed at the Winter and Spring Concerts. Along with the two concerts, they went on a tour and also competed in a few solo ensemble contests. Kenny Sprague melodiously plays for Brigadoon. Stage Band Stage Band has really been busy this year. To start it all off, they had three or four concerts to do during the whole year. They held the Second Annual Pleasant Hill Jazz Festival at Pleasant Hill. Also, the Band made several different trips away from the school. The Band went to Vancouver, Washington, and a trip to Bandon, Ore., in which they did not compete. Even though they were busy, they still had a fun and exciting year. Eric Paapenan gets down on his solo at the 'Solar Jazz Spotlight', the last Stage band concert of the year.
