To raise money they had a ham raffle and a car wash With this money they sponsored a Valen- tines Dance which for the first time a Sweet heart Court was nominated. It consisted of a prince and princess from each class. They had a canned food drive at Christmas time. They also had Pep Pals for the second year. Dance Team The Dance Team for '77-'78 was involved in foot- ball and basketball. Dance Team got off to a slow start during football season. Then basketball start- ed up and Dance Team started to move. Move is exactly what they did. Some of their most memor- able routines were Night Fever and Roller- coaster . They performed at nearly every football game and only missed one basketball game. 'They also put on a Pep Assembly. They had some money-raising projects. They were two dances and a bowl-a-thon. Dance Team mem- bers had alot of support from the student body and raised S150.00. a. Dance Team Captains Leslie Sharp and Laurie Davie perform for both crowds. b.
