The team teaches eight different levels of math from General Math I and ll through Algebra and Unified Geometry. During the year, science students undertook sev- eral interesting projects. In early spring all Earth and Space Science students made a trip to the Rice's Fossil Pit to seek fossil specimens. The foreign language department of Plaza Junior High strives to promote better understanding between countries as a result of learning a foreign language. The language lab aids in this aspect and is used by each student at least once a week for thirty to forty minutes. There are two levels of each language taught at Plaza.
