In football all the guys got in quite a lot of practice for this season and for future football in high school. Basketball was also a sport that many guys were in- terested in and they learned how to be good, dependable athletes. Track was new for just about everybody in Jr. High. Even though it was new, there were many who were interested. An award was given to the athlete who guessed the correct score of a given basketball game.
