=. . i«.» Will We, the Senior Class ofl959-60, after twelve and in some cases thirteen or fourteen years of doubtful- ness, wish to leave a few belongings to our followers to help them through ±eir following year, but we must add; do not follow our example too thoroughly or you may run into difficulties and another senior year. Our will goes as follows: Judy Carter and Chuck Black leave their Home- coming crowns to anyone who deserves them. Bob Clifton leaves for the Navy. Lookout, Waves! David Gust wills his tremendous physique to Richard Boydston, Mike Knepper, and Alfred Springs, and his speaking ability to Jerry Shouse. Sue Parman leaves her collection of freckles to Eddie Underwood to add to his present assortment. Bob Amos leaves his ability to attract women to Jerry Christofi, Warren Pemberton, and Marlon Mason, Good luck, Romeos. Pat Agee and Shirley Meyer leave the responsi- bility for the 1961 PIRATE ER and all the work in- volved along with their other activities, to any junior, with the hope that they can use them all. Jerry Searcy wills his acting ability to Harley Jones. Bert Cornish sadly leaves Vickie Skinner. Donald Wade bestows upon Bill Nash and Arden Witt his ability to always be seen, but never heard. We hope they put this one to good use! Eloise Rose leaves her position on the High Honor Roll to Sara Skelton, We hope Sara likes it way up there. Jack Naylor leaves his flirting ways to Rose Lewis and Aletha Kay Buckler to add to what they already have. Billye Lou Tatman leaves her twirling ability to Sandra Shaw. Jerry Roller leaves his dancing ability to Steve Farmer. Maybe this will help Steve win more dancing contests. Bob Bryan leaves his dimples to Ruth McCaleb and Ron Slover. Carol Boydston and Stanley George leave their height to Roberta Edlin and Arvid Johnson and hope that they can make use of it on the basketball court. Shirley Hunt leaves her ability to get a diamond ring to Jo Karen Nash and Roberta Kalousek. Good luck, girls! To Ronnie Wade and Judy Porter, Mary Jane Brown and Floyd Miller leave their quiet and polite ways in the hope that tliey will turn over a new leaf. Gary Weaver prefers to keep what he has and leave nothing to anyone. Donald Walker leaves space in the band room for a new instrument. Barbara Zeigler and Carolyn Sloan leave their long hair to Carol Lee Palmer to practice pinning up every night. Phil Jones leaves his position as halfback to Bill Wallingford and David Reineke and his track record for Jim Hon to conquer. Jerry Bond leaves his blushes to Wilson Tatman and John Boydston. Dona Sharpe leaves her SOFT voice and her SOFT laugh to Cheryl Lechtenberger and Linda Everett. Grade Green leaves her cheery disposition to Pat Whltton and Beth Ham. Andy Jones leaves allhls managing duties to Mary Etta Meyer. She always did like to help Andy with his work. Barbara Pirch leaves her winning streak in de- bate to Donnie Wade and Lois Pearson. John Brubeck wills his seat in Bookkeeping class to whomever wants It- -poor soul. The Seniors leave these things in the sincere hope that the Junior Class will make use of them all and with a final request that we may be allowed to make frequent visits to see that they are being used to the best advantage.

I have received a deep satisfaction and enjoyment in seeing you grow physically, mentally, and culturally. We share with you your mixed emotions. Happy that you are graduating and life ' s beautiful adventure lies before you. Sad that you are leaving something beautiful behind. May the best come your way and may the blessings of peace, prosperity and happiness be yours, are the best wishes of your friend and Superintendent. L. C. Certainly the many successes and plaudits you have received as representatives of the R-Hl school district reflect the type of class that you have been. You have every right to a sincere personal pride in your school record and its related accomplishments. Prophecy It is the year 1975, and thenewP.C.H.S. has just been completed. Bert Cornish, the first superinten- dent of the new school, is walking through the halls, admiring the facilities he didn ' t have when he was going to the old P.C.H.S. Now he comes upon the framed picture of the class of ' 60. What a class!!! As Bert notes each individual picture of his classmates, we will peek into his mind while he thinks what each person is doing now--15 years later. Stan George plays pro football for the Detroit Lyers and attends to duties as Missouri State Execu- tioner during off-season. Carolyn Sloan has done great things. She lives at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, where she is Head Moth- ball Inspector in charge of inspecting moth-ball in- spectors. Jack Naylor has just auctioned off one of his teams of the National Basketball Association, where he played for several years. David Gust gave up a good law practice to become County Extension Agent in Platte County, because he could lead the Pledge of Allegiance at his new job. Billye Lou Tatman is the world ' s most fabulous lady poet, who wrote TANATHOPSIS, THE MORNING STROLL OF PAUL REVERE, SNOWBONDED, CASEY BOUGHT A HAT, and many, too many, others. Bob Clifton recently became the world ' s fastest human with his successful pUoting of the XR-41, America ' s fastest rocket ship. Bob always was a fast cat. Bob Bryan recently retired as the Navy ' s young- est Admiral after serving time since graduation. Barbara Pirch just formed her own Secretarial and Bookiekeeping Corporation which reportedly takes in 2 million dollars a week and spends 5 million. Patty Agee was elected President of the P.T.A. on the strength of the work of her eight chUdren, who stuffed the ballot box. The fabulous team of Don Wade and Floyd Miller recently completed computations and calculations in- volved in the proof of their universal expansion theory and the related ideas which reportedly goes about 13 1 3 steps beyond Einstein. Carol Boydston has moved totheOzarks withhcr husband. Tommy, where they make corn-cob pipes and distill--uh well, you know what. Chuck Black and Judy Carter attended college where Judy was Chuck ' s personal cheerleader during his three years as varsity half-back. After college they quietly married and are now living in South Africa. John Brubeck now heads the English and Speech Department here at P.C.H.S. Enough said. Sue Parman operates Kansas City ' s largest beauty shop, and in addition to this hair-bleaching career, is married to her husband and is the mother of her four children. Gary Weaver was recently enshrined in West- minster Abbey in honor of his development of the famous quadrified turriculate testudo graeca, a Greek turtle shaped like a four leaf clover with a turret on t he top which is also useless. Dona Sharpe is Scientist Weaver ' s Private Sec- retary, which is suspicious because she has had no secretarial training. Actually she helps him with his math. Bob Amos is the millionaire ovmer of a chain of supermarkets. He races cars for a hobby, but somehow, the cars always win. Shirley Meyer became No. 1 on the F.B.I. ' s most wanted list as a result of passing ten million dollars ' worth of bad checks, all of which bounced because she really wrote hers on rubber. Phil Jones is an outstanding lawyer and recently accepted the appointment as judge of the Supreme Court where he also passes judgment on the peanut vending machines. Barbara Zeigler is Hollywood ' s leading manufac- turer of toupees, perukes, and other wigs for the big- wigs. Don Walker Is the head of Don Walker, and Company, Incorporated , which manufactures Don Walker Incorporated Products, among them the famous Indestructable, indescribable, inconceivable, and un- obtainable Don Walker Robot. Jerry Roller has gone into the animal business. He has become famous for the excellent training of his pet dinosaurs. He is also working on a new series of children ' s stories. The eldest of Shirley Hunt ' s ten children has finally taught Shirley to drive. Thank goodness for trains and airplanes.
