Members visited places of business and hosted several guest speakers. Business education instructors, Mrs. Minshew and Mrs. O'Conner officiated as sponsors. F.S.A. was classified as purely an interest club and was not required to sponsor any money-making projects. Sixty glowing models, all members of F.l-LA., glided down runways in a fashion show sponsored by Jordan Marsh and its Teen Board. The club was represented in the Colonel's Club fair with a Paint Swirl. Letters to Santa from the tiny tot crowd, were answered by the girls at Christmas time. Senior, Laura Wise was elected president of the club for the 1970-1971 year. Mrs. Karen Johnson and Mrs. Diane Foggin preserved law and order among the future homemakers as sponsors.
