What is Cross Country, Running? Most people thought Cross Country was simply running on track or the Raider Cross Country team participated in meets that required running through creeks, striding over hills, in quired strenuous daily phyS' ical regimen of exercise and much practice. Cross Country runner, Salwyn Parker, broke just through grassed paths. Little do most people know, the school record of 16.25 time with a time of 16.23. mud and through the woods. JM basketball is a learning experience for sophomore and juniors who wish to participate in varsity basketball in the fu- ture.
