DEVELOPS LEADERSHIP Deca Blue focuses mainly on the devel- opment of future leaders for marketing and distribution. Deca Blue's activities consisted of car washes, bake sales, and early bird breakfasts. They also partici- pated in the Deck the Halls contest at Christmas.
