DEVELOPS LEADERSHIP Deca Blue focuses mainly on the devel- opment of future leaders for marketing and distribution. Deca Blue's activities consisted of car washes, bake sales, and early bird breakfasts. They also partici- pated in the Deck the Halls contest at Christmas. Don Montgomery, sponsor, is quoted as saying, This is the greatest group of young adults I've ever had the privilege of teaching.
