Sleezer. Student Council was reorganized November 3, 1948, under the supervision of Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Larson, The officers elected for the first term were: President, Marjorie Parrish, Vice-President, George Hothog Secretary, Jane Cummings, Treasurer, Ed Smith. Meetings were held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Projects undertaken by the Student Council in- cluded financing of the Annual through Stunt Night, Christmas Assembly, Christmaddecorations, March of Dimes, and Danc- ing Classes. Eight members attended the State Convention at the Congress Hotel in Chicago, March Z7.
