IF QU GNT LQQK GUQD Juniors Sharon Rucher and Stephanie Cum- mings show off the return of mini skirts. A variety of fashions was apparent on campus. New fads came and went but this year's styles seemed very defined. Looks ranged from punk to prep- py. The punk look was unique with geometric hair cuts highlighted with pastel colors. Punkers wore satin clothes, intentionally clashed colors, and often sported black leather jackets and pants. The influence of preppy dressing came from the college campuses. Alligotors, Polos, and plaids were ap- parent when the popularity invaded the PSHS campus. The western look, which has been with students for the last few years, continued with expensive boats made of lizard or ostrich, and of course Lees and Wranglers or prairie skirts for girls. Limited to the female was an avant garde look of bright stripes, and metallic colors. All in all, it was a constant parade of style and variety among the more than 8,000 students.
