Although the Seventh Grade is the youngest class in school, it ranks high in participation and in number. The seventyfiive pupils have come from three different schools and all have worked well together. Many boys and girls have taken part in the Junior High athletic events. The 1940 track team had some outstanding members and offers good prospects for next year prof vided freshmen and sophomores come out for practice. At the Carthage meet we placed fourth in Hamilton County. We defeated Loveland by a large score but met defeat at the hands of Greenhills, Terrace Park, and Automotive.
