f An active and dependable worker in the classes of Plains High School and in the extra.-curricular activities is Darlene Snodgrass, a senior student. Darlene has excelled in her many undertakings throughout her twelve years in the Plains School. Darlene deserves special commendation for the A05 L0 Ross Stotts. a senior inPlains High School, is active in both scholastic and non-scholastic activities. Ross has served as president oi the Student Council during the 1958 school year. Ross has also been active in athletic endeavors. He has played many excellent football games for the Cowboys. Ross is also an outstanding class worker. The seniors' production of Going Places was strengthened by his performance. ' work she has done in the Plains' chapter of Future Homemakers of America. Darlene has also served as the representative from the Senior Class on the Student Council.

Playing tennis, taking school pictures, acting in a class play, going to classes, and participating in many phases of life in Plains High School fill the school days of Jim Barron, a senior student who has worked well for his school during his years in Plains High School. Jim has worked on the school annual as a photographer for the past two years. His outside school interests include his work in 4 H Jim has served the senior class as vice Leading yells during all athletic events during the year is the head cheerleader ofPlains High School, Jan Sims. .Tan is active in F.H.A. work, pep squad, and girls' sports. Jan is also a willing worker in the senior class. This year, Jan played the part of Mrs. Maxwell in the class play Going Places.
