Halloween means carnival time in Plains. The students of the school planned their booths to offer the maxi- mum in entertainment. The classes also participatedin some friendly com- petition in gathering votes for their Halloween queen candidates. Just be- fore the night's fun had ended, the Halloween Queen and her royal court werepresented. And so ended the 1956 Q Halloween Carnival. Homecoming was heldin October, andthe day was well planned to give all exes and students many pleasant memories. In the afternoon, all exes, coaches, and football players were re- cognized in a special assembly programwhich was followed by a parade and pep rally.
