THE PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE The Class of 1989 has come so far, in such a short period of time. It seems just like yesterday, that we were Freshmen, and now we are Seniors. Time really flies when you're having fun. Class of 1989, soon we will be separating and pursuing our goals in life. We must remember the great times we shared at Plainfield High School. Of course it was a great deal of hard work, but we did it. We have succeeded at graduating, but we must push on. We must strive for excellence and nothing less. The key to our success in Plainfield High School was our unity. The key to our success in life, is perseverance. Keep the thought in your mind that success is nothing but failure turned inside out. Our memories of Plainfield High School will last vividly in our minds, reminding us of our endeavors. As | look at our class, I see confidence, inclination, and dignity. We have a lot of potential, and | know we will fulfill it to the highest degree. As we Soar in the future, make sure we learn from our mistakes: to err is human.
