Welcome to PHS The students and staff of Plainfield High School wel- come to the school system our new Superintendent, Mrs. Greta D. Shepherd. Mrs. Shepherd comes to us from the East Orange Public School System. She held many posi- tions there over a ten year period, but the most important ones were Assistant Superintendent of Schools and Act- ing Superintendent of Schools. We trust that Mrs. Shep- herd will have a long and productive tenure in Plainfield. We need this stablizing influence. We also welcome two new members of the Plainfield High School Administrative Mrs. Greta D. Shepherd Staff pictured here with Mrs. Shepherd at a reception held in her honor by the Superintendent of Schools Plainfield Board of Education. The new members are Dr. Carson Carr, Plainfield High School Principal, and Miss Doris Lee, Vice Principal. Sunday, December 5, 1982.
