Together In Perfect Harmony Through thick and thin. Martha. Aubrey Jenni will forever treasure the basis of a true friendship. Together In Perfect Harmony By Martha Grijalva There are several things in life which come natural- ly and to the Pius X family, that quality is together- ness . In whatever we do a special spirit is spread. In our everyday activities we stress the importance of working as a whole to accomplish a project or job. Everyone has special talents that others don ' t have; that is why it is important for us to share our talents with others so that they can be put together to solve problems which may appear in certain situations. There are other things that are involved in working together with someone and it ' s a very important skill, and that is to respect each other ' s ideas, for everyone deserves the right to learn to understand that creating something takes time, patience and also love. But why love? Well, love is an essential part of building: just the way love grows so does the project, and before you know it, it ' s accomplished. Togetherness, as I said be- fore, reminds me of Pius for we are always working hard to satisfy each other ' s needs. Father Milbauer has passed on a tremendous sense of togetherness in these past two years that he ' s been principal. He ' s spread his friendship to all the students, through a warm smile that he is constantly wearing, as he wanders through the campus throughout the day. He has even spread his cheer in the faculty, since his wonderful arrival, the faculty seems to be more relaxed, which makes it easier for them to work to- gether in conjunction with one another, not to mention with the students. We will forever remember his high spirit. The Seniors tend to hold a very special type of to- getherness within their class. A major part of this could be Senior Square; it ' s an honor to be able to own such a space, it ' s not only a space for the seniors to lay around and gossip, but it ' s a special place that has been selected, and blessed, for the seniors to think of their future. The future holds many surprises, and hopefully all the seniors respect the honor senior square gives them. Senior Square to the Seniors creates a sense of togetherness among them even though there are dif- ferent types of people. They all stick up for one an- others benefits. The best part of Senior Square is hav- ing to wait for it, and when the time comes, it ' s even better. Another example of togetherness could be this year ' s football team: even though we lost several times, they all learned to deal with each other ' s thoughts and feelings they respected themselves. The Red Berets this year were always in constant together- ness and It showed every time they walked out on that field together. We are Pius and we ' ll never let our togetherness be gone; either because of a loss or a failure. cannot tell a lie Coach Totten did it!
