T ' is The Season T ' is the season to be jolly as students eagerly prepared for Christmas vacation The dance was the beginning. The dance was sponsored by the Junior class, who spent hours in planning the festivities. Many of the students came in the latest winter and Christmas apparel The dance marked a first for Pius because invitations were sent to St, Joseph and St, John Bosco high schools to attend the dance. Many of the students took the opportunity to visit- Unfortunately, due to poor weather conditions, Santa was unable to guide his reindeer and sleigh to our part of the country. Masses Thanks to Fr. Campion, this year ' s religion classes were able to attend individual cass masses. This was a time for each class to have their own special moment with God. These masses helped the students grown in Gods love and learn the meaning of Christian wor- ship. The students seemed to enjoy attending these class masses, and they felt it was a nice, peaceful break from all the school work. •Tony Lopez- and -Kari Mada- 30 masses
