Moso, Toshiko s older brother, now attends the University of Tokyo. Although she enjoys the United States, she has missed Tokyo and her family greatly. Her mother writes her once o week. I never soy 7 love you' to them when I was in Japan, but I really love my family and I om proud of them. They ore great persons. ' When Ifirst got to New Salem, I hod nothing to do in my spore time. because I now live in the country, I con't go anywhere whenever I wont. That caused me to miss Tokyo, which is the largest city in the world! But there ore some things we don't hove in Tokyo which I om enjoying, like oil of the trees, animals, and big fields. I also enjoy new things which ore different from my country. Bt first I didn't like Pittsfield because it wos small, but now I like it o lot. While attending Pittsfield High School, Toshiko has been o member of SIIB. fHB, girls' track, and ployed on the girls' basketball team. In Tokyo, she ployed basketball in the 7th. 8th, 9th grades. 7 aJill miss Pittsfield because my Bmericon friends, family, and school ore here. If I hove o chance to come bock to Pittsfield, I will. I'm sure I will come to Bmerico again to visit more places; I'll come here, too. I would like to see differences years later. We also hope to see you again, Toshiko. You will be greatly missed by oil.
