REGISTRAR The registrar unit is concerned with admission of new students, the evaluation of transfer hours, checking completed hours towards graduation, and the inter- pretation of school policy. New students are processed under the direction of Dr. Norton. This includes the avail- ability for admission and transfer hours. The student record area is concerned with the accurate recording of student enrollment and all information concerning the student enrollment at KSC.
