It was a blend of Vocal and instrumental folk music combined with a hilar- ity that they described as institutional satire. vi! fwfr 2 Q' 3 iii W , ' A Limeliters on stage Shirley Baze, Kanza Queen On May 19 to the music of Buddy Morrow and his A'Night Train orchestra, Miss Shirley Baze was crowned queen of the annual Kanza Ball, which is planned and carried out by the members of the Kanza staff. Highlights Cf The Spring Semester 's.,.,, xl The Von Braun Charter presented by Dr. Wernher Von Braun in Joplin on May 17 es- tablished the K.S.C. chapter of the American Rocket Society. Bill Nelson and Paul Harper, along with Mr. Short, K.S.C. debate coach, made the trip to the National Intercollegiate Debate Cham- pionships at West Point.
