There Was a Time . . . when I could merely blunder into the advisor ' s office, make a few probing remarks, and be enrolled. But now— this fast growing school has a library large enough to even accommodate all of us mad shufflers at one time (almost). But, I still had energy enough . . . . . . for homecoming and its beautiful frenzy of activi- ties? The gals, the boys, all of us stuffed napkins ex- pertly enough to inspire decorations like the Alpha ' s winner. There was another winner too— football. After trying since the war. . . HP-it- kJL A $3 HBP £ ft hB y mMm 1 J , . . . we won an undisputed CIC football championship, so I guess the fall wasn ' t so bad after all. Coach Carnie has been elevated in the hearts and minds of all Pittsters, as well as his eager eleven.
