L6 Page 5 e icafion . . . Each year, a yearbook editor looks around, inquires and tries to find a fitting dedication to which he points the object of his efforts. So let us take a minute, look around and inquire about our life on the campus of Pittsburg State College. We see building improvements, campus changes and enlargements in the faculty. We see added recognition being given to the school as a faithful administration, faculty and student body gear themselves together and work for a greater future. ls it wishful thinking to assume that we are growing by leaps and bounds and may someday become one of the leading educational institutions of the Middlewest? We don't believe so! It is to this movement, this growing and mounting effort to make us great, that the 1949 Kanza is hereby dedicated. JOHN HUDSON, Editor
