Miss Belle Provorse, secretary to the President, has directed her interests not only to her own work, but to the student problems. Her tireless energy and co- operation has contributed much to the welfare of the school. Professor G. W. Trout, Eean of the Col- lege, Miss Hattie Moor e-Mitchell, Dean of Women, and George Small, Dean of Men, have completed a year of outstanding service both as student advisors and as faculty members. This year an extensive program was launched in order to raise the scholastic standings of the students. With this as their goal, they have devoted their energies to finding student problems, compiling statistics, and recommending solutions. 12
