We have attempted to record the achievements of the year in a manner which will make this a book of mem- ories—memories which will make you forever re- call your happy undergraduate days and cause you to live again in the halls of S. M. T. N In addition we trust that it will serve to give you a richer un- derstanding and more vivid picture of the true spir- it of S. M. T. N. We hope that in the future, when being tossed 'mid the surging billows of life’s strug- gle that this book, through the memories it arouses, will serve to bind you closer to your Alma-Mater.
