Seniors make future plans by Patti LaCasse 0 eniors began to plan their futures as college was 'just around the corner. Seniors talked about becom- ing engineers, accountants, home economists, child phycologists, lawyers, and other occupations. James Walker said, A two year college wlll come first then a four year college. l want to be an accountant and become well establlshed. Some seniors weren't posi- tive about what school to attend, if any. Planning the future didn't take the feeling of graduation away. Seniors were still excit- ed. Sheryl Puckett had senioritis and Dawn Amundsen was feeling special. Roger Baclig said, Gradua- tion was an emotional time of sadness and happiness. Lorraine Harris. a four year veteran and active member of the student body and officer stated, The Board is important because students get a say in what goes on in the governing of the student body. Seniors on the board were Theresa Hilado, president, Lor- raine Harris, vice-president, David Jeans, School Board representative, James Jones, treasurer, Philomena Cardinale, senior class representative, and Joe Siino, representative-at- large.
