if as ,J Ei M23 All enjoy leisure by Lisa Mondragon Tis late in the afternoon. the bell is ready to ring for school to end. Many students think of what is to be done after they're out. Some will go home and just completely zonk out in their bed- rooms while others will walk in the door, grab the phone for the latest gossip or others will quickly turn on the television to see their favorite soap. Of course, there are many after school sports. such as, baseball, tennis, football, and basketball that students participated in to help improve their skills in their chosen sport. There are students who immedia- tely had to go straight to work from school. They spent many hours at their job and some didn't get home until late. But, once they had the money and a free day, they took some time to shop. Some students made sure that homework came first so later they would have all the free time they wanted. 1. Students crowd the C Building, anxiously wonring ro go home, 2. Christine Ryan and Maurcy Whitly exchange phone numbers to catch up the latest gossio. 3. Mark Mora and Abe Mamoradlo spot for another student in weight lifting after school. 4. Students, ladened with books, head home to do their homework. 5. Angela Brown makes use of the typewriter by finalizing a term paper. 6. Paul Taylor and John Klerce prepare to use The Reader's guide to Periodical Literature to make a working bibliography. 7. Hector Lara practices his serve for an upcoming match. 8. One after school activity was the Car Parade during Spirit Week. AFTER SCHOOL ACTlVlTlES QQ
