They traveled to the East Coast during spring break because of the rich heritage found there. They sold mugs, candy, flowers, had car washes, and worked Bingo on Sundays to help lower the fare for the trip. They met every Tuesday night at 7:30 in the Student Service Center. They were a good group of students - not as productive as previous years, but they got there, said advisor Frank Pizzimenti. Presiding officers were: Lloyd Peter- son, president, Susan Decker, vice- president, Sherri Stiglich, secretary, and Kristine Styers, treasurer. Italian Club helped students learn more about Italy and Its culture. Members raised money by selling calendars and parents working Bingo. We exchanged ideas about our plans to travel to Italy. l learned a lot from these students. I really liked their enthusiasm and organizaton, stated advisor, Mrs. Evangellna Llsi. Presiding officers were: Mike George, president, Xavier Venegas, vice-president, Ken Allen, treasurer, and Sylvia Bocane- gra, secretary. ciuns 2
