Deans and Counselors Mr, Sterling Mactarlane Miss Lurana Lord Dean of Boys Dean of Girls Mr. Joseph Lee Mrs. Karin Giesen Mr. Paul Lacey Sophomore Counselor Junior Counselor Senior Counselor, Head Counselor The iob of our deans and counselors isn't an easy one by far. The deans'most important iob is general discipline of our students. Other duties of the deans include verification of all absentees and tardy slips, meeting with the coun- selors if necessary, and helping with extracurricular activities. The counselors aid us in making the most of our abilities and overcoming weaknesses. They keep on file in their oftices records of our aptitude tests which enable them to help us with our problems and make the most of our abilities. Deans and counselors help us with our vocations as well as personal problems. 98
